Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within the same day as long as the order is made before 4pm if purchase is made after 4pm the order will be processed same day but shipped the next working day(excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There may be Delays in receiving your Order if there is low stock or if post office times differ and courier delays, Christmas holiday and bank holidays. Once your order has been dispatched we will not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels. If you are an international customer and choose international standard tracking, Please remember tracking services will be unavailable for this type of service unless you have paid for international tracked service we will not be liable for any lost, stolen and damaged parcels once they have been dispatched, All orders are inspected twice before dispatching and recorded for proof before being shipped off to our customers. International Shipping

We offer international shipping globally. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. AmorLondonLuxury is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition with all tags attached and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Customers are liable for paying a return label and we will provide information on where to send your return back to.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. You will have within 24hrs upon receiving your order to contact us and make a a claim to be eligible for a return and refund and exchange. We are not liable for any Lost, Stolen, Missing parcels once they have been dispatched by us. For any Lost, Stolen, Missing parcel we urge customers to contact the courier to locate where their parcel has been delivered to and to contact local police and make a claim with them for any "stolen" goods.
