Refund policy

 

You must get in contact with us within 24 hours of receiving the package If the item is not to your liking, damaged or defected.

You must get in contact with us within 7 days if your package is unopened, unworn, with all the correct tags and in its original packaging.

After we have settled with you, you must make the return within 7 days if you do not make the return within them 7 days you will not be receiving your refund or exchange.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@amorlondonluxury.com. Customers are liable for paying for a return label and we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package to. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All jewellery such as necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings, are not eligible for a return or refund
All Handmade Bouquets will not be eligible for a refund or a return or an exchange. Any claims for a defective item or incorrect item must be reported back to us within 24hrs upon receiving your order. If no claim is made within 24hrs timeframe you will not be able to claim a return, refund, exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in its original packaging sealed and not tampered with and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Customers will have a 24hr timeframe upon receiving their order to create an exchange, Return, Refund after the time period we will not be giving any refund, accepting any return or exchanging any products. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
