Refund policy

 

You must get in contact with us within 24 hours of receiving the package if the item is not to your liking, damaged or defected. 

For orders in which you’d like to refund prior to receiving, please contact us immediately. If your order has not been shipped out, we are happily able to refund your package. However if the order has been shipped out and left our vacancy, you’d have to wait for the product to reach you before needing to purchase a return label and post the goods back to us in its original state- unopened, unworn in original packaging. Prior to this, you must contact us and follow our instructions given in the email. Packages sent to our office without notice shall not be accepted and you risk the possibility of not receiving a refund or exchange. Ensure the package is returned within 7 days, failure to return the items within the time period would result to your order being in-exchangeable and not refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@amorlondonluxury.com. NOTICE ensure you write your order number at the beginning of the email with the subject REFUND or EXCHANGE to ensure quick, effective response. Customers are liable for paying for a return label whilst our team provides detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. As stated beforehand, Items sent back to our office without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All earrings are not eligible for a return or refund due to hygiene polices. This policy enables the safety and wellbeing of our customers by preventing the spread of bacteria or infections.
All Handmade Bouquets will not be eligible for a refund, return or an exchange. Any claims for a defective item or incorrect item must be reported back to us within 24hrs upon receiving your order. If no claim is made within 24hrs timeframe you will not be able to claim a return, refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in its original packaging sealed and not tampered with and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Customers will have a 24hr timeframe upon receiving their order to create an exchange, Return, Refund after the time period we will not be giving any refund, accepting any return or exchanging any products. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
